Prerequisite Condition	Downstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected. Sensor element resistance is below 1KΩ or Maximum/normal heating time of sensor heater is longer than 75 seconds. Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V.
Threshold Value	Element resistance of downstream O2 sensor is greater than 24kΩ.
Diagnostic Time	2.5 Seconds
