  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or Short to ground in power circuit
  3. Open in control circuit

Prerequisite Condition
  • Exhaust Gas temperature is higher than 450°C (842°F)
  • Heating period is higher than 45 sec
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10.7V and lower than 16V
Threshold Value
  • When Internal resistance is greater than threshold value (Calculated by exhaust gas temp. or heating power)
Diagnostic Time
  • 60 sec
