<Requirement>: Tailgate/trunk, doors unlocked and ACC, IGN OFF

  1. The user presses the door lock button on the door handle.
  2. The BDC (Body Domain Control Unit) uses the antenna on the door handle to find the smart key.
  3. The smart key transmits a response signal and data to the BDC.
NOTE: BDC (With smart key system function) can verify smart keys within 0.7 - 1 m (2.2 - 3.2 ft.) from the door handle.
  4. The BDC transmits a door lock signal to the PDC via the CAN communication line.
  5. After receiving the door lock signal, the PDC executes all doors lock operations.
    NOTE:
    1. Door lock/unlock by smart key is possible only when all doors are closed.
    2. When the door locked by the smart key, the door cannot be opened with the smart key for 3 seconds.
