Wiper/Washer Switch
Remove steering column lower cover. Disconnect wiper/washer switch connector. With wiper/washer switch in indicated positions, check for continuity between specified switch connector terminals. See WIPER/WASHER SWITCH CONTINUITY table. See Figure.
