TCS Actuator: Removal
- Loosen TCS actuator bleeder. Drain brake fluid from each rear brake air bleeder valve. Drain TCS operating fluid from hose and tube connecting portion, and from outlet of TCS pump.
- Remove battery and relay box. Remove bolts, hose, reservoir tank and bracket. Disconnect TCS actuator connectors. Disconnect brake tube from TCS actuator. Remove mounting nuts, TCS actuator and bracket. See Figure.
CAUTION:
Ensure system is filled with new DOT 3 brake fluid. Bleed air from brake fluid line and TCS operating fluid circuit.
