Trouble Shooting
NOTE:
Before trouble shooting ADP system, perform Mode I or IVMS communication check to ensure proper communication of the multiplex control system. See MULTIPLEX CONTROL SYSTEMS
article. Repair or replace as necessary.
- Perform ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTICS MODE V, or DIAGNOSTICS USING NISSAN CONSULT. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM . If self-diagnostic results (code or message) are present, perform the diagnostic procedure specified. See DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
- If self-diagnostic results are not present, continue diagnosis based on noted symptom. See SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS . Repair or replace as necessary and retest system.
