Engine Lubrication System: Notes

Oil pump, mounted on front of cylinder block, draws oil from pan through a screen to oil pump. Regulator valve is located on oil pump. Pressure relief valve is located on cylinder block at oil filter adapter flange, and is accessible with filter removed.
