Possible Causes

Malfunction is detected when almost zero MPH signal is sent to ECM while vehicle is moving. Possible causes are:

• CAN communication line open or shorted.
• Vehicle speed sensor signal circuit is open or shorted.
• Defective VDC/TCS/ABS control unit.
• Defective wheel sensors.
• Defective unified meter and A/C amp.
