Component Inspection
- Reconnect all disconnected harness connectors.
- Start engine and let it idle. Check voltage between ECM terminal No. 12 and ground under the following conditions:
- Steering wheel is being turned: voltage should be .5-4.5 volts.
- Steering wheel is not being turned: voltage should be .4-.8 volts.
