With CONSULT-II

- Perform "POWER BALANCE" in "ACTIVE TEST" mode with CONSULT-II.
- Make sure that each circuit produces a momentary engine speed drop.
OK or NG
- OK : INSPECTION END
- NG : GO TO 10.
