Component Function Check
- CHECK FUNCTION
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Select "DETENT SW" signal in "Data monitor" mode with CONSULT-III.
- Check detention switch signal under the following conditions.MONITOR ITEM CONDITION CHART
Monitor item Condition Status DETENT SW Selector lever P position OFF Other than above ON Is the indication normal?
YES: INSPECTION END
NO: Perform diagnosis procedure. Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
