Disassembly and Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove console lid assembly.
    • Open the console lid.
    • Remove console mask (1) fixing pawls with remover tool (A).

    • Remove console lid assembly (1) fixing screws (A), and then remove console lid assembly.

  2. Remove console pocket.
  3. Reverse a center console assembly.
  4. Remove console sub harness.
    • Remove console sub harness (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Remove console sub harness fixing clip (B).
    • Disconnect switch connectors.

  5. Remove switch panel.
    • Remove switch panel (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Pull back switch panel.

  6. Remove console pad LH.
    • Remove console pad LH (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Pull the console pad LH crosswise.

  7. Remove console pad RH.
    • Remove console pad RH (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Pull the console pad RH crosswise.

  8. Remove console center bracket.
    • Remove console center bracket (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Pull up console center bracket.

  9. Remove console upper bracket.
    • Remove console upper bracket (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Pull up console upper bracket.

  10. Remove cup holder assembly.
    • Remove cup holder assembly (1) fixing screws (A).
    • Pull up cup holder assembly.

  11. Remove power outlet (1).

    Refer to "Console Power Socket : Removal And Installation ".

  12. Remove auxiliary input jacks (2).

    Refer to "Removal And Installation ".

  13. Remove i-pod connector (3).

    Refer to "Removal And Installation ".

  14. Remove console finisher.
    • Disengage pawls while pulling console finisher (1).
    • Pull up console finisher.
