CHECK STOP LIGHT CONTROL RELAY (BRK NO. 1, BRK NO. 2)

Remove the 2 stop light control relays from the engine room relay block.

Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLE

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
3 - 4	When battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2	10 kΩ or higher
3 - 4	When battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1 and 2	Below 1 Ω
3 - 5	When battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1 and 2	10 kΩ or higher
3 - 5	When battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2	Below 1 Ω

If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

Install the 2 stop light control relays.
