Removal and Installation: Removal

- Turn power switch OFF and wait at least 20 seconds.
- Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal.
- Remove the glove box cover assembly. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
- Disconnect VCM harness connector.
- Remove VCM mounting nuts.
- Remove VCM.
- Remove VCM bracket mounting bolts.
- Remove VCM bracket.
