Component Function Check

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Select "TELESCO PULSE" in "Data monitor" mode with CONSULT.
3. Check the tilt sensor signal under the following conditions.

   Monitor item	Condition		Value
   TELESCO PULSE	Steering column	Operate (forward)	Change (increase)
   		Operate (backward)	Change (decrease)
   		Release	Not change

Is the indication normal?

YES 

INSPECTION END.

NO 

Perform diagnosis procedure. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
