SERVICE INFORMATION

Intelligent Keys used for various Infiniti vehicles may not be interchangeable between models and years.

Although the Intelligent Keys may look the same on the outside (physical appearance) they may have different manufacturers and/or different electronic architecture on the inside.

DO NOT attempt to register an Intelligent Key from one vehicle to another vehicle.

If the wrong type of Intelligent Key is being used, registration will not complete.

Make sure to confirm (using the VIN and EPC) that the Intelligent Keys being used are correct for the vehicle being worked on.
