Work Procedure (Before Replace TCM)
- SAVE TCM DATA
With CONSULT
- Select "Work Support" in "TRANSMISSION".
- Perform "SAVING DATA FOR REPLC CPU".
NOTE:- Necessary data in TCM is copied and saved to CONSULT.
- Go to Step 2 regardless of with or without success in saving data.
GO TO 2.
- SAVE ??OPERATION LOG'
Save Operation Log, according to the procedure of "Programming" in CONSULT Operation Manual.
NOTE:- Log in to the network, according to the CONSULT screen.
- TCM part number is saved in Operating Log saved in CONSULT.
- After replacing TCM, perform necessary work.
- Replace TCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .
- After replacing TCM, perform necessary work. Refer to Work Procedure (After Replace TCM) .
