Removal and Installation: Installation

Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

If sensors is replaced, carry out the reset of adoption of sensors. Refer to Special Repair Requirement List .
If crankshaft position sensor is replaced, carry out the synchronization adjustment of adoption of crankshaft position sensor. refer to Special Repair Requirement List .

Install pilot bearing to crankshaft, if removed.

With a drift, press-fit as far as it will go.

Install drive plate with the following procedure.

CAUTION: Never use a power tool.

Tighten drive plate mounting bolt.

: 45.0 N.m (4.6 kg-m, 33 ft-lb)

NOTE: Tighten mounting bolts in diagonal order.

Turn drive plate mounting bolts clockwise.

Angle tightening

: 90 deg.

NOTE: Tighten mounting bolts in diagonal order.
