Confirmation Procedure

CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC P2618 is displayed with the following DTC, perform the confirmation procedure (trouble diagnosis) for the applicable DTC.

- P0021
- P0643
- P34A4
- P34A5
- P34A6
- P34A7
- P34A8
- P34A9
- P34AA
- P34AB
- P34AC
- P34AD
- P34B0
- P34B1
Is DTC P0011, P0021, P0643, P34A4, P34A5, P34A6, P34A7. P34A8, P34A9, P34AA, P34AB, P34AC, P34AD, P34B0 or P34B1 detected?

YES

Perform diagnosis of applicable.
- DTC P0011: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P0021: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P0643: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34A4: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34A5: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34A6: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34A7: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34A8: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34A9: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34AA: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34AB: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34AC: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34AD: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34B0: Refer to DTC Description .
- DTC P34B1: Refer to DTC Description .

GO TO 2.
PRECONDITIONING
If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always perform the following procedure before conducting the next test.
1. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
2. Turn ignition switch ON.
3. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
TESTING CONDITION:

Before performing the following procedure, confirm that battery voltage is more than 11 V when ignition switch ON.

GO TO 3.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
With CONSULT
1. Start the engine and wait at least 5 seconds.
2. Check 1st trip DTC.
Is DTC P2618 detected?

YES

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Inspection .

NO

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
