With Consult: Go To 2.

Without Consult: Go To 3.

No

Proceed To diagnosis Procedure .

with Consult

1. Perform "Power Balance" In "Active Test" Mode Of "Engine".
2. Make Sure That Each Circuit Produces A Momentary Engine Speed Drop.

Is The Inspection Result Normal?

Yes

Inspection End

No

Proceed To diagnosis Procedure .

without Consult

1. Let Engine Idle.
2. Read The Voltage Signal Between Ecm Harness Connector Terminals Under The Following Conditions With An Oscilloscope.
