Air Flow Sensor & Harness
- Partly raise the sealing gasket on the air flow sensor side of the harness connector. Using a voltmeter, check the sensor. See Air Flow Sensor Table.

- Check the air flow by-pass circuit for contamination and clean with carburetor cleaner as necessary. DO NOT immerse switch in carburetor cleaner.
- Before checking air flow wiring harness, turn ignition off and disconnect harness from sensor and control unit. Test harness with an ohmmeter.
- All three wires must show no resistance between sensor and control unit. Also, ensure harness is not grounded.
