Electronic EGR Controller

  1. Use a voltmeter set on the 20 volt scale. Connect positive test lead to the Black/Green (I-Mark), wire on the electronic EGR controller. Connect negative test lead to Black/Yellow wire.
  2. Check for 12 volts when engine speed is more than 1200 RPM (I-Mark). If not, replace electronic EGR controller.
