Alternator - HITACHI: Description
Hitachi alternators are conventional 3-phase, self-rectifying type alternators. Six diodes (3 positive and 3 negative) are used to rectify current.
All models are equipped with integral-type IC regulators, except Isuzu models equipped with gasoline engines. Isuzu models with diesel engines have IC regulators.
