Injector Nozzles: Disassembly
- Begin by removing in sequence eye bolt, gasket, cap nut, gasket, adjusting screw, nozzle spring and push rod.
- Clamp the hexagonal portion of the nozzle body holder in a vise, loosen the retaining nut, and then remove it. Next remove the nozzle setting screw and the nozzle holder. See Figure .
