Fuel-Cut (Slow-Cut) Solenoid
Inspect solenoid body and spring spool for excessive wear and damage. Use a ohmmeter to measure resistance between fuel-cut solenoid connector terminals. See Fig 1 . Resistance should be 31.9-43.3 ohms at 68°F (20°C). If resistance is not within specification, replace fuel-cut solenoid.
