Cancel Switch

  1. Temporary Cancel

    Temporary cancel happens under any of the following conditions:
    • When brake pedal is depressed
    • When clutch pedal is depressed (M/T)
    • When A/T shift lever is moved to any other than D3 position
    • When vehicle speed is below about 16 MPH
    • When vehicle speed dropped below the stored speed by at least about 12.5 MPH

  2. Complete Cancel

    Complete cancel happens whenever ignition switch is turned off, or when fail safe function is actuated.
