Component Testing: Speedometer
Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove speedometer from instrument cluster. Using an ohmmeter set to the one k/ohm-scale, measure resistance of speedometer. SeeFig 1 . Replace speedometer if resistance is not as specified.
