Neutral Switch Test

  1. Check voltage at both terminals. If reading is more then 9.6 volts, check voltage at "S" terminal on solenoid. If reading is 9.6 volts or more, repair or replace starter. If reading is less than 9.6 volts, go to IGNITION SWITCH TEST  .
  2. If more then 9.6 volts on only one terminal, check connector. If good, replace switch. If less than 9.6 volts on both terminals, go to IGNITION SWITCH TEST  .
