Engine Will Not Start

Check spark and fuel systems as outlined in BASIC TESTING and SYSTEM/COMPONENT TESTS articles.
Test ECM power and ground circuits.
Check TDC/CKP/CYP sensors for proper operation.
Check ignition output circuits.
