All Windows Inoperative From Left Switch

  1. Remove driver's master switch assembly. Disconnect connector C1. See Fig 1 . Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using DVOM connected to ground, backprobe master switch assembly connector C1 terminal "L" (Dark Green wire). If battery voltage is present, go to step  3 . If battery voltage is not present, go to next step.
  2. Repair open in Dark Green wire between master switch assembly connector C1 terminal "L" and POWER WINDOW circuit breaker in body relay block. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  3. Ensure ignition switch is in RUN position. Using DVOM, measure voltage between master switch assembly connector C1 terminal "L" (Dark Green wire) and master switch assembly connector C2 terminal "C" (Black wire). See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . If test light illuminates, replace driver's window switch. See WINDOW SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
  4. Repair open in Black wire between master switch assembly connector C2 terminal "C" and ground G202. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
