Disassembled View: Removal

- Disconnect the battery ground cable.
- Drain engine coolant.
- Discharge and recover refrigerant (with air conditioning).
- Refer to REFRIGERANT RECOVERY .
- Remove heater unit.
- Refer to HEATER UNIT .
- Remove mix actuator.
- Remove the case (Temperature control) from the heater unit.
- Remove rod.
- Remove sub-lever.
- Pull out the door lever while raising up the catch of the door lever.
- Remove clip.
