Extension Housing
- Install a NEW gasket on extension housing and retain with petroleum jelly. Install housing on transmission case and tighten attaching bolts. If applicable, check "O" ring on output shaft for any nicks or flattening and replace ring if necessary.
- Apply a non-hardening sealer to outside diameter of rear oil seal, position on extension housing, then seat seal in housing using driver.
