Coolant Temperature Higher Than Switch Rating
- Disconnect negative battery cable and thermotime switch connector. Connect an ohmmeter between terminal W of thermotime switch and ground.
- Resistance should be high or infinite. Replace switch if low resistance or a short circuit reading is obtained.
