Bleeding Cooling System: XJS

Always bleed air from cooling system when changing coolant. Open bleed bolt on top left of radiator. Fill cooling system with a 50/50 mixture of coolant and water. Install pressure caps and close bleed bolt. Set A/C controls to defrost and 85 degrees. Run engine at 1000 RPM for 3 minutes. With engine off, open bleed bolt. When all air has been purged from system, close bleed bolt. Top off coolant and install radiator cap.
