Throttle Idle Switch (XJS)

Throttle idle switch is connected to throttle linkage at rear of left cylinder head. Loosen lock nut on adjusting screw. See Figure . Tighten adjusting screw until an audible click is heard. Tighten lock nut. Check switch operation by opening and closing throttle. Audible click from idle switch should be heard just as throttle closes.
