Manifold Pressure Sensor (6.0L)

The manifold pressure sensor is located within the PCM and is connected to intake manifold balance pipe by a vacuum hose. Manifold pressure is converted into voltage signal and sent to PCM. Fuel injector pulse width is adjusted by PCM according to engine load demand. The pressure sensor is equipped with a separate diaphragm to compensate for ambient barometric variations.
