Eight, side-fed, dual straight-jet fuel injectors are installed in the fuel rails.

The injectors are electro-magnetic solenoid valves ECM-controlled.

The fuel spray from the injectors are directed onto the back of the intake valves.

The amount of fuel injected into the engine is controlled by the ECM.
