Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) Solenoid: Removal

Remove the battery cover and disconnect battery ground cable.
Raise the vehicle on a suitable lift.
- Carefully remove the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid. See Figure.
Remove the twenty-two fixings which secure the fluid pan.
- Remove the fluid pan and all traces of gasket material.

Disconnect regulator/solenoid connectors. See Figure.
Remove RH rear valve body securing screws.

Remove the nine screws from the pressure regulator/solenoid retaining plate.

Remove the relevant pressure regulator.
