Climate Control Assembly Housing: Installation
- Fit air conditioning panel to console.
- Position air conditioning panel and console at center console and connect multiplugs.
- Fully seat air conditioning panel and console on body bracket and fit and tighten securing screw.
- Fit radio and console. Refer to AUDIO UNIT HOUSING .
- Fit center console veneer panel. Refer to FLOOR CONSOLE FINISH PANEL .
- Fit 'J' gate retaining plate. Refer to FLOOR CONSOLE FINISH PANEL BRACKET .
- Fit 'J' gate finisher. SELECTOR LEVER GATE FINISH PANEL for XJR or SELECTOR LEVER GATE FINISH PANEL for XJ8.
- Connect ground cable to battery terminal and fit battery cover. Refer to BATTERY CONNECT .
- Return 'J' gate selector to position 'P'.
