Transmission Control Module (TCM): Removal

Open the driver's door, or both doors if necessary, to allow the side glass to drop. Ensure that the doors remain open until after the battery has been disconnected.
Remove the battery cover and disconnect battery ground cable.
Release the fixings and remove the cover from the ECM/TCM housing.

Disconnect the TCM harness multiplug EM007.

Lift the TCM from its housing.
