SERVICE INSTRUCTION
- Open the hood.
- Remove the two bolts.
- Lift the hood catch upwards to allow access to the spacer.
- Remove the spacer.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Release the two clips.
- Release the hood cable.NOTE: On the new latch assembly the switch element is now integrated.
- To install reverse the removal procedure.
