(Updated) BECM module fails on update with Conditions Not Correct

When attempting to update the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM), an error message is shown to the user with the text "Conditions Not Correct"

PATHFINDER is not using the correct timings to allow the module to change between different states.

The permanent corrective action has been released on PATHFINDER 210
