SERVICE INFORMATION

Content  In alignment with the release of new diagnostic functionality, to be delivered through TOPIx on Tuesday 4th May 2021, new fields have been added to Technical Assistance (TA) and Diagnostic electronic Product Quality Report (ePQR) on submission.

When you submit a TA: 

At the question "Was an approved JLR diagnostic tool used?" - there are now three options to select from:

• SDD
• PATHFINDER
• TOPIx Cloud

When selecting SDD or PATHFINDER, an additional question is shown:

• Is a session file available?

Select the appropriate response - Yes/No and upload the file if available.

If TOPIx Cloud is selected, you are not required to upload a session file. The question will not be shown.

When you submit a Diagnostic ePQR: 

A new option is available to select from the "Diagnostic Function" list
