SERVICE INFORMATION
- The 'Information Required' functionality has been added to GCM.
When the LTS Engineer selects 'Information Required' and the Technical Assistance (TA) is returned to the Retailer, an icon is shown on the report status. (see attachment).
Use your mouse to hover over the icon, the following guidance is shown.
'This response is a request for information and a response to the Helpdesk is required within 24 hours. Action:
Open the report
Read the request for information from the Helpdesk
Type a response in the response box
Click on 'Send Response'
- Currently, Retailers select 'Investigating' as a housekeeping status on a Technical Assistance (TA). This status can be selected indefinitely by selecting 'Keep Status'
We have introduced a change to this process. To prevent repeat submissions of this status, users are made to select a new status for housekeeping. The 'Keep Status' will not be an option for selection. Users access the TA to change the housekeeping status
