Cooling Module (G2218804): Installation
- Install the cooling module.
- Make sure the air duct and active vanes are correctly aligned.
- Install the cooling module upper mounting bracket.
Torque : 24Nm
- Secure the cable and wiring harness.
- Secure the sensors.
Torque : 10.5Nm

- Renew the seal.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipes to condenser O-ring seals Quantity: 1.
- Connect the lower Air Conditioning (A/C) pipe.
Torque : 12Nm

- Renew the seal.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipes to condenser O-ring seals Quantity: 1.
- Connect the upper A/C pipe.
Torque : 12Nm
- Connect and secure the cooling fan electrical connector.
- Connect the right side upper coolant hose.
- Connect the left side upper coolant hose.
- Connect the left side lower coolant hose.
- Connect the right side lower coolant hose.
- Connect the startup battery ground cable.

- Fill and bleed the cooling system.
Refer to: ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY COOLANT DRAINING AND FILLING .
- Fill and bleed the cooling system.
Refer to: CLIMATE CONTROL COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .
- Fill and bleed the cooling system.
Refer to: ELECTRIC DRIVE COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .
- Charge the A/C refrigerant.
Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .
- Install the front loadspace.
Torque : 4.1Nm
- Install the front loadspace finisher panel.
- Install the front loadspace liner.
- Install the cooling module air duct.
- Install the speaker.
Torque : 9Nm
- Install the horn.
Torque : 10Nm
- Install the front bumper.

- Install the front compartment left trim panel.
Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT LEFT TRIM PANEL .
- Install the front compartment right trim panel.
Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT RIGHT TRIM PANEL .
- Install the front loadspace weatherstrip seal.
