Using jumper wires, apply 12 volts to terminals "V1" and "C", mirror should operate. Reverse jumper wires, mirror position should reverse. Apply 12 volts to terminals "H1" and "C", mirror should operate. Reverse jumper wires, mirror position should reverse. See Fig 1 . If mirror does not operate as indicated, replace mirror.
