The clutch assembly consists of a diaphragm type clutch and a single dry-disc driven plate. The clutch cover consists of a 1-piece diaphragm spring with integral release fingers. The driven plate consists of a steel hub with integral cushion springs with friction material riveted to hub.

Clutch assembly includes dry disc and one of 2 types of clutch covers; 10.5" (267 mm) diameter direct spring type or 11" (279 mm) semi-centrifugal type. Clutch is actuated through mechanical type linkage.
