B+ Latch Relay
The B+ latch relay is located in the engine compartment, on right inner fender panel. See Fig 1 . The relay is energized by the ECU for 3-5 seconds after the key has been turned off. The time delay allows the ECU to reposition the idle speed stepper motor to a programmed position for the next engine start.
