All Indicator Lights Out

Turn ignition on with engine off. Check gauges fuse. Replace fuse if blown. Using DVOM, measure voltage at battery side of fuse. If battery voltage is not present, repair open in circuit from ignition switch. Using DVOM, measure voltage at connector "A", terminal No. 5 of indicator panel. See Figure . If battery voltage is not present, repair open in circuit from fuse panel.
