Refilling & Bleeding System
- Fill reservoir. Operate engine until fluid reaches operating temperature of 170°F (77°C). Turn wheels to full left position. Check and add fluid (if necessary).
- Start and operate engine at fast idle. Recheck reservoir level. Add fluid if necessary. Turn wheels from side to side without contacting stops. Maintain fluid level just above pump body.
- When air is removed, return wheels to straight-ahead position. Run engine for 2-3 minutes. Road test vehicle. Recheck fluid level.
